The Vedavalli Shirt is SAMAVAI's signature item, named after Shriya's maternal grandmother Vedavalli who has a vast collection of silk saris. The silhouette is inspired by Shriya's maternal grandfather Parthasarathy and the open-collar button down shirts he would wear along with a traditional South Indian veshti.
Fabrics may show signs of wear; they tell the story of the sari and the previous owner. Please treat your garment delicately as the fibers may be up to 40 years old.
